How to fix door seal hinges.

Close door and check the spacing at the top and latch side of the door.
Unstick your doors by doing a little work on the hinges and if necessary breaking out the planer.
Hold door hinge against cardboard and use utility knife to cut around hinge.
Determine which hinge must be shimmed to adjust door and create even spacing.
Check the hinges for built up rust or grime.
Remove rust with steel wool or a sponge and soapy water.
Close your door and tap the hinge pin with a hammer and nail punch.
Keep in mind that the nail will be useless after you do this.
When you ve loosened the pin pull it up and out using the back end of your hammer or an old flat head screwdriver.
Remove appropriate hinge from door and jamb.
Dry thoroughly and apply oil for easier opening and closing.
The wrong way is a temporary fix not cool.
Place the nail on the bottom of the door hinge and tap the nail s tip with your hammer.
Fix it the right way not the wrong way.
